My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. On one hand, the rooms were beautiful and super clean, but the noise from the service elevator and housekeeping closet was very disruptive. The service was nice and friendly, but not very proactive. The location was excellent for exploring Montegabbione and nearby attractions like Sienna and The Mall in Reggello. The dining options were abundant, although lacking healthier choices. The facilities were convenient, but there were some minor issues that affected my overall enjoyment.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The rooms were cheerful, comfortable, always warm, and beautifully designed in a charming property. The service was top-notch with professional and extremely friendly staff that went out of their way to assist. The location was excellent, right in the center of Città della Pieve in Tuscany, making it perfect for exploring nearby attractions. While the dining options were a bit basic, the overall experience was fantastic.
